I entered a weaving I did in the State Art Show and it won 2nd place in textiles. The people that pack and move all the art work throughout the state LOST my piece! I worked on the weaving for about a year and a half. It's lost somewhere in Florida now. Hopefully they will find it and send it to me.

My Abbikins is teaching me how to crochet a hat. I've been working on it for 3 or 4 days now and I haven't gotten very far. Making an ear flap hat is much harder then it looks.
I think I'll end up giving it to Thad since he was with me when I bought the yarn... well, he bought it, he likes using his new credit card, and he picked out the colors; black, green, and blue.
Too bad the weather is starting to warm up, he won't be able to wear it very long.
